“I have been around for years now, and I know this game inside out. I know my chances in APGA is 50/50. I have to secure another platform incase, I loose the APGA primaries”
Those were the words of the APGA aspirant for Oyi/Ayamelum Federal House of Representatives Uchenna Okafor a.k.a Wiper who has alledgedly concluded plans to leave APGA if he failed at the primaries in May 2022.
The former commissioner and a member of APGA board of trustees said he was promised the House of Rep ticket, but the recent developments have kept him in deep regrets. According to Wiper, why would APGA allow another person to obtain the nomination form when, he was assured that noone would contest the ticket with him. Wiper had only recently launched media attacks on his perceived political opponents, deploying all manners of negative propaganda.
“I have nothing against anyone, but if APGA leaders deny me the ticket, I will work against the party. I did it in 2019. I made sure Ekene Enefe didn’t win the main election. On that day of the election, I only made sure my polling unit at Awkuzu delivered APGA, while we teamed up with PDP to vote for Ofumelu. I made Ekene Ofumelu, because we had agreement that he will hand over to me after 4years. It was a gentleman agreement. APGA leaders should not dare me, I can single handedly destroy APGA in Oyi if they deny me ticket”. Wiper said
Desperation leads to destruction, selfishness is an incurable disease. Anyone who doesn’t believe in the supremacy of the party, should not be taken as a good party man. No ones aspiration is worth destroying APGA. Wiper sees APGA Oyi as his personal property that he would always deploy to his personal benefit. Time has changed, it’s a new dawn, no one can rape APGA and remain unscathed. Time ticks!
Wiper use your YPP alternative platform well, because you will loose at the forthcoming APGA party primaries. And heavens will not fall.
Go and write it down. QED
